Is life coaching the same as therapy?
Life coaching is not the same as therapy. Life coaching is more focused on assisting you with your present and future goals, while therapy is more focused on past experiences and healing from diagnosed mental health issues. Therapy is to be done by a licensed professional.
How long does life coaching last?
Unlike therapy, which generally lasts for years or indefinitely, life coaching sessions generally end within 3 to 6 months. The duration is dependent on individual goals and needs.
Are all of your one-on-one sessions virtual?
Yes. At this time all sessions will be virtual, so this should be kept in mind when scheduling.
Why do you have anger and stress management together?
Typically anger and stress triggers are parallel. Recognizing these triggers is beneficial for both or either issue you may be struggling with.
